Paradigm Advanced Technologies World Trade Center System Featured in Hazardous Materials Management

    TORONTO--Feb. 7, 2002--Eduardo Guendelman, President and C.E.O. of Paradigm Advanced Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:PRAV), today confirmed that the second generation of the company's Secur-IT-Trac(TM) product, in use at the World Trade Center Ground Zero disaster recovery site, will be featured in an upcoming issue of Hazardous Materials Management magazine, one of North America's leading publications dealing with disaster recovery and hazardous materials.
    "We were truly honoured to have been selected to provide sensitive, real-time, accurate, secure tracking of the large trucks involved in removing material from the Ground Zero site.
