               Exclusive US Automotive Aftermarket Distributor

    MADISON HEIGHTS, MI - Mont Blanc, a Sweden-based manufacturer of
automotive carriers and accessories for transporting bicycles, skis,
snowboards and other gear, has announced selection of Perrycraft Inc.,
Winston-Salem, North Carolina, as the company's exclusive automotive
aftermarket distributor in the United States.  Finalized during the SEMA 2001
show, this agreement allows Perrycraft to distribute Mont Blanc(R) products to
warehouse distributors, installers and other automotive aftermarket outlets.
    Perrycraft manufactures and distributes permanent-mount roof racks for the
automotive aftermarket, as well as pickup bed rails, grab handles and utility
attachments.  Mont Blanc's products will be offered as an extension to the
Perrycraft(TM) line.
