Oshkosh Truck To Webcast Its Annual Shareholders' Meeting On February 8, 2002

    OSHKOSH, Wis.--Feb. 6, 2002--Oshkosh Truck Corporation , a leading manufacturer of specialty trucks and truck bodies, will webcast its annual shareholders meeting on Friday, February 8, 2002, at 11:00 a.m. EST. The webcast is open to the public and is not limited to shareholders.
    After adjournment of the meeting, Robert G. Bohn, Oshkosh's chairman, president and chief executive officer will comment on the current state of the business and will discuss fiscal year 2001 results of operations.
