NAA ``Dandy 2001'' Award Goes to Vertis Newspaper Premedia Services; Talented Vertis Artists Also Available to Newspapers Via Innovative Outsourcing Services
VAN NUYS, Calif.--Feb. 6, 2002--Artists at Vertis Newspaper Premedia Services have been recognized by the NAA with Dandy 2001 awards for two automotive ad campaigns they created: "Father's Day," designed for Caliber Motors Mercedes Benz, and "Clean Air," designed for Westlake Motors.The honor was announced on January 28, 2002 during the NADA Annual Convention and Exposition in New Orleans.
The Vertis-designed ads, selected from over 3,000 entries in the annual competition, also are featured in a new compilation of award-winning campaigns assembled by the NAA and distributed to the automotive and publishing industries nationwide.
