InvoiceDealers Changes Name to Dealix Commerce Services

PALO ALTO, Calif.--Jan. 27, 2002--InvoiceDealers, a pioneer in online automotive marketing, announced that it has changed its name to Dealix Commerce Services. The change, effective January 27, 2002, reflects the company's expanding mission in the online automotive sector.

The consumer site www.invoicedealers.com will continue as one member of the Dealix Referral Network.
