Robert J. Wussler, former CBS and Turner Broadcasting executive, is TSEI Chairman of the Board and commented on Miller: ``The biggest challenge we have right now at Team Sports Entertainment is to get Team Racing Auto Circuit up and running for an April 2003 startup. The addition of Bill Miller as our CEO will be a major boost for us in that goal. His corporate experience as a CEO and entrepreneur will serve us well. He and TRAC President and Chief Operating Officer Jon Pritchett, give us a very strong management team.''

Bill Miller is the Chairman of Miller Industries, Inc. an integrated provider of vehicle towing and recovery equipment and services. Miller founded that company in 1990 and it became a publicly traded company in 1994. He holds an undergraduate degree in industrial engineering and an MBA from the University of Michigan. He began his career in 1973 with the Bendix Corporation where he held a variety of posts, including General Manager. He later joined Neptune International Corporation and in 1980, after its acquisition by Wheelabrator-Frye, Inc. became president of Neptune International. In 1983, after the merger of Wheelabrator and Signal, he became group vice president of the Signal Companies, Inc. with the operating responsibility for companies with assets in excess of one billion dollars. In 1984, Miller left the Signal Companies and joined Trackmobile Inc., a leading manufacturer of mobile railcar movers, as Chairman, CEO and majority shareholder. In 1987, he acquired Hersey Measurement Company from Tyco International

In addition to his corporate roles, Miller also finds time to serve his community. He is a strong supporter and active member of Woodruff Arts Center, Fernbank, Camp Sunshine, The Sisken Foundation, Newton Child Development Center and the Georgia Vietnam Veterans Association. Miller also served as Deputy Mayor of the Olympic Village at the Centennial Olympic Games in Atlanta, and was a 1996 finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

Commenting on his new role, Miller said: ``I consider TRAC (Team Racing Auto Circuit) to be the most innovative concept ever introduced to motor sports. I believe that by combining the best concepts from traditional team sports with traditional stock car racing we will create the next major league sports league. I'm looking forward to working with the management team at Team Sports Entertainment as we spend the next fifteen months preparing for our inaugural race season of TRAC.''

Team Racing Auto Circuit (TRAC) is a newly formed national motor sports league debuting in 2003. By combining the best qualities of traditional motor sports with the best attributes of traditional team sports leagues (NFL, NBA, MLB), TRAC is creating a new and exciting form of stock car racing designed to reach the mainstream sports fan. Initially, the league will consist of ten, three-car teams that will be located in major U.S. cities with motor sports venues in the area. Each team will represent its city or region and will participate in a season long schedule of team races in addition to an all-star event and concluding with a season-ending championship race.
