BorgWarner Declares Quarterly Dividend

CHICAGO, Jan. 22 The board of directors of BorgWarner Inc. has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share on all of the company's issued and outstanding common stock. The dividend is payable February 15, 2002 to shareholders of record on February 1, 2002.
