All UnitedAuto Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge Dealerships Earn DaimlerChrysler Five Star Certification

    DETROIT--Jan. 16, 2002--UnitedAuto Group, Inc. , a FORTUNE 500 automotive specialty retailer, announced today that 100 percent of its Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge brand dealerships are DaimlerChrysler Five Star certified.
    This level of performance exceeds Chrysler's national average. DaimlerChrysler awards Five Star certification based on total compliance with stringent Five Star standards relating to training, facilities, customer-focused process, and customer satisfaction performance.
    UnitedAuto is the only publicly traded automotive retail group that is Five Star certified at all of its Chrysler Group dealerships.
