    ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich.--Jan. 15, 2002--Dura Automotive Systems, Inc. , today announced it will host a live Webcast of its 2001 fourth-quarter and year-end results conference call Wednesday, February 6, at 11 a.m. Eastern.
    Management will discuss 2001 fourth-quarter and year-end results, as well as the outlook for the 2002.
