DBRS is assigning a rating of A (low) with a Negative trend to the
Senior Unsecured Global Notes and the Fixed Rate Notes issued by
DaimlerChrylser North America Holding Corporation ("DCNAH") which are
unconditionally guaranteed by DCNAH's parent, DaimlerChrysler AG. This
is consistent with our current Corporate Rating on DaimlerChrysler AG.
