FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

RACING RADIOS LAUNCHES DEALER NETWORK INITIATIVE, ANNOUNCES CHANGES IN
OPERATIONS

January 12, 2002 (Forest Park, Georgia) - Racing Radios, the premier
provider of two-way racing communications worldwide, announces the launch of
a dealer network initiative designed to provide the racing community
throughout the United States with local product and service representation
backed by Racing Radios' technical and corporate strength.

The dealer network will provide a much greater level of direct support to
the local racing communities across the country than was possible with the
company's former operational structure.

Racing Radios will continue its national onsite support program for the
sanctioning bodies it represents. Products and support will continue to be
available at race venues, from the corporate offices in Forest Park,
Georgia, and from the Mooresville, NC and Indianapolis, IN offices.

To facilitate the success of the dealer network, Racing Radios has closed
its California office based in Santa Clarita, Calif. Jim White, formerly
general manager, Western area operations, whose office serviced the NASCAR
Craftsman Truck Series, the NASCAR Winston West Series and the Featherlite
Southwest Series, NASCAR Touring, has been named to head the national dealer
network initiative.

In addition to managing the dealer network, White will be involved in
corporate-level projects and in new-hire technical training. White will
operate from his Los Angeles-based office, and can be reached at
661-259-8838.

Kay Sedgwick, who was formerly the Racing Radios representative for the
Winston West Series, will become the first dealer approved under the new
initiative. Sedgwick will market and service the Racing Radios product line
in the Southwestern territory. Sedgwick's excellent technical skills gained
in her six-year tenure with Racing Radios made her a primary candidate as a
dealer. She has a solid knowledge of the Racing Radios product line and it
uses in the motorsports environment. Sedgwick can be reached at
661-269-1616.

Cheryl White, former administrative assistant and representative for the
Southwest Series in the California office, has transferred to the Racing
Radios office in Indianapolis, Indiana, which handles the CART, IRL, and
USAC series.
