Ford Announces New Vehicle Incentives

DEARBORN, Mich., Jan. 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ford has announced a new incentive program which offers customers up to $2,500 cash back or zero percent financing on most 2002 Ford brand cars, trucks and SUVs.

Available Jan. 14 through March 5, the new program offers customers the flexibility of choosing an incentive that best fits their individual financial needs.

The program provides customer cash ranging from $1,000 to $2,500. In lieu of customer cash, 0.0 to 4.9 percent financing and lease options are available. The Ford Thunderbird, Escape and SVT products are excluded.

The new incentives are being offered in lieu of other planned marketing programs. Advertising will begin Jan. 15 in major publications and broadcast media.

Customer response to the company's recent zero percent and low-interest financing programs helped keep the Ford brand the best-selling brand of cars and trucks for the 15th consecutive year.
