InterTrak Announces Subscription Residual Plan

LAS VEGAS--Jan. 10, 2002--InterTrak(sm) Tracking Services has announced at the Consumer Electronics Show today that its dealers will begin receiving residual payments for selling its subscription service.
InterTrak's subscription service adds the ability for its tracking customers to locate, control and receive event alerts from their vehicles via any telephone, the Internet or text-enabled transceiver (SMS, PDA or 2-way pager). Having the convenience of totally portable communication transforms InterTrak devices into three-dimensional Telematics products.
The more subscription airtime a dealer sells, the more residual is earned. Even customers who opt initially for the "no monthly fee service" and decide later to subscribe will earn residual for the dealer.
InterTrak dealers are delighted, but not surprised regarding the residual announcement, because of InterTrak's affirmed commitment to expanding mobile electronics dealer's market channels and assisting them in leveraging profitable opportunities. InterTrak's Subscription Residual Program underscores its commitment to being the premier vehicle and personal safety provider in North America by its dealer and end customer pledge to "be the best."
InterTrak's Subscription Residual Plan is the first and only of its type and raises the standard by which Telematics systems are compared. Prospective dealers and reps are encouraged to contact InterTrak for more exciting information at booth 4371-C1 or by calling 1-866-FIND ME 1.
