Kolorfusion Announces Licensing Agreement With Anaheim-Based PowderCoat Services

    DENVER--Jan. 10, 2002--Kolorfusion International Inc. (OTCBB: KOLR) announced today that the Company has entered a License Agreement with PowderCoat Services, Inc., based in Anaheim, California, a leading provider of coating services to Fortune 500 companies including Disney, Toyota and Fender.

PCS has already provided excellent coating services for our recent production runs for Gerber and MasterLock , so we know we have a good Licensee in the works. The PCS facilities encompass over 50,000 square feet and its five lines are capable of painting hundreds of thousands of parts during each shift, from small parts to large parts."

    The Kolorfusion process allows any design to be transferred into a powder-coated surface. Under the License, Kolorfusion and PCS will coordinate various customers and their products to the PCS facility to better serve the customers who do not intend to become an OEM Licensee.
