SAE SoCal: January 2002 update

For anyone wondering about their SAE SoCal newsletter being overdue; don't
worry, the January newsletters have not yet been mailed.  This months
activities are all in the second half of the month, hence our timing has
been shifted.  Please mark your calendars for the following events:

	Tuesday, January 15th -- Board meeting @ CSULA

	Tuesday, January 22nd -- Tour of Parnelli Jones race car collection

	Tuesday, January 29th -- Section Meeting on 42volt systems @ CSULA

Details will be posted to www.sae-socal.org as they are finalized.

In the months ahead we have the following:

	February Section Meeting -- Paris Dakar Rally (rescheduled from
September)
	February tour - TBD -- Any volunteers?
	March Section Tour @ Nethercutt Museum
	March Section meeting:  Joint Strike Fighter 

Also, anyone attending the L.A. Auto Show this week should stop by and see
the student vehicles from our SAE groups at CSULA & CSULB.  Look for them in
Kentia Hall.
