Country Superstar, Travis Tritt shot his new video for "Modern Day Bonnie and
Clyde, " on the edge of the Mojave Desert in California. "Modern Day Bonnie
and Clyde" is the fourth single from Travis' Platinum selling album, Down The
Road I Go. In an unprecedented occurrence, Academy Award winning actor Billy
Bob Thornton stars in the video.

While Billy Bob has been asked on numerous occasions, he has never before
starred in another artist's video. When Travis asked, however, he said yes right
away. Seems Billy Bob is an admirer of Travis' music and reportedly loves the
new song. He also felt he could wrap himself around the role of Travis' Clyde, a
renegade outlaw on the lam after holding up a convenience store with his
girlfriend.

Travis and Billy Bob first met at a recording session in Nashville when mutual
friend Marty Stuart was producing Billy Bob's CD, Private Radio (Lost Highway).
Tritt also contributed his hit, "Anymore" to Daddy and Them, a film written and
directed by Billy Bob. Billy Bob Thornton is currently starring in The Man Who
Wasn’t There and is currently on the big screen in Monster’s Ball.

Travis has been heralded for his video work in the past. Throughout his 11-year
career he has shot 27 videos including the compelling video series consisting of
"Anymore", "Tell Me I Was Dreaming" and "If I Lost You," in which he portrayed
Mac Singleton, a disabled American war veteran.

"Modern Day Bonnie and Clyde" is currently airing on music video outlets
everywhere. Travis also received an American Music Award nomination for
Favorite Male Country Artist.

Down The Road I Go, Travis' debut for Columbia Records, has sold over one
million copies and has already delivered two number-one singles and one
number-two. "Great Day To Be Alive" from the disc, is assured to end up in the
top-three most played country songs of 2001 and Travis himself is the
number-three most played country artist for 2001 (ahead of Faith Hill, Shania
Twain, Reba, Trisha Yearwood and Brad Paisley).
