Roadway Corporation to Host Fourth-Quarter Earnings Conference Call

    AKRON, Ohio--Jan. 7, 2002--Roadway Corporation will release its fourth-quarter earnings January 23, 2002. The company will host a conference call and Webcast at 11:00 a.m. (ET) the same day to review the quarter and annual results for the year.
    Those wishing to participate by telephone should dial (719) 457-2661, and then the access code, 448790. Callers should dial in 5 to 10 minutes prior to the start of the call. An audio playback will be available for forty-eight hours following the call by dialing (719) 457-0820 and then entering the access code, 448790.
