CTA Acoustics, Inc. Names James Pike as Chairman and CEO
TROY, Mich., Dec. 31 -- James J. Pike has been named Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CTA Acoustics, Inc., a leading automotive and industrial acoustic supplier with 2001 sales of approximately $100 million. Pike brings extensive experience and leadership in the automotive industry to CTA Acoustics and is expected to strengthen CTA's executive ranks as well as lead the company into a period of further growth and expansion.
A career executive in the automotive industry with an extensive record of acquisitions and corporate growth, Pike's experience includes 25 years with MascoTech, culminating as Vice President. He is a past Chairman and CEO of Colfor Manufacturing, a former Chairman and CEO of Valley Cold Forge and he has also served on the Board of Directors for Ganton Technologies, Cadmet Corporation, Exemplar Manufacturing and Barfield Manufacturing.
