As Yen Falls So Should Prices On Japanese Cars For Americans

TOKYO — Here is an article from Japan Today that might indicate things to come...The Bank of Japan (BOJ) on Monday denied a newspaper report that the Finance Ministry and the BOJ are tolerant of the yen's fall to 140 to the U.S. dollar. "It is not true," a BOJ spokesman told Kyodo News.

The Mainichi Shimbun said in its Monday morning edition that the Japanese monetary authorities have set the yen's appropriate level at 120-140 yen to the dollar. (Kyodo News)
