TI Automotive Appoints Five Vice Presidents

WARREN, Mich., Dec. 27 -- TI Automotive has named five vice presidents in a restructuring of its North American operations.

TI Automotive's North American Operations will now be organized as five business units, each headed by a vice president, according to Jim Davis, president of the company's North American group.

``This new structure will leverage our management strengths to bring greater focus to our industry-leading product offerings and allow us to concentrate even further on our customers,'' Davis said.

The new vice presidents are:

Stephen Dow, vice president and general manager of the Vari-Form business unit that produces hydroformed structural components. Dow had been vice president for commercial operations. Tim Kuppler, vice president -- Fuel Systems. Previously he was vice president -- Quality. Rich Kolpasky, vice president -- Brake & Fuel. He had been business unit director for TI's General Motors business. Steve Taylor, vice president -- Heating, Ventilation and Air- conditioning (HVAC). He previously ran TI's HVAC plants in Mexico. Mike Stajkowski, vice president -- Quality. He previously was a group plant manager with responsibility for five North American plants. TI Automotive is the world leader in fluid storage, transfer and delivery systems including brake, fuel and air conditioning applications. The Warren- based company employs over 21,000 people at more than 150 facilities in 29 countries.
