SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Dec. 26 -- Four brand and program advertising campaigns created over the past year by Federal-Mogul Corporation were ranked among the best in the automotive aftermarket by professional technicians and auto parts counter sales professionals, according to a survey completed by a leading publisher of automotive trade journals.
Federal-Mogul's Moog® chassis parts, Fel-Pro® gaskets and Champion® spark plug brands and the company's F-M TEC training program each received a 2001 Readers' Choice Award from Babcox, publisher of seven national automotive trade magazines. The annual awards are based on advertising awareness and recall among tens of thousands of Babcox subscribers. The winning Federal- Mogul ads appeared in Brake & Front End (Moog), Underhood Service (Fel-Pro), Counterman (Champion and Fel-Pro) and ImportCar (F-M TEC) magazines, which have combined circulation of more than 159,000 readers.
