William A. Tice Resigns From Board; Reddoch Named
KNOXVILLE, Tenn.--Dec. 20, 2001--Tice Technology, Inc. (OTC BB: TICE) acknowledges the receipt of the resignation of board member William A. Tice from the Tice Technology, Inc. Board of Directors as well as from the Board of Directors of the company's subsidiary, Tice Engineering and Sales, Inc. Mr. Tice has been a member of Tice Technology's board since its inception in 1997 and is considered the founder of Tice Engineering and Sales, Inc. Mr. Tice's resignation follows the cessation of manufacturing and development activities at Tice Engineering and Sales, Inc., where Mr. Tice served as its President. Mr. Tice also agreed to convert approximately $520,000 of a note payable to him from the Company's TES subsidiary to 1,125,000 restricted common shares of Tice Technology, Inc., and to limit the amount of shares he would offer for sale into the market during the next thirty months.Thomas Reddoch was named to serve the remainder of Mr. Tice's term until the next annual meeting. Mr. Reddoch brings more than 25 years of business experience to the Board of Directors of Tice. Mr. Reddoch currently holds the position of President of Container Technologies, Inc. as well as an adjunct role as President of the Tennessee Center for Research and Development.
