IFS Signs Contract to Provide Business Software for Battery Manufacturer AVESTOR L.P.

    CHICAGO--Dec. 19, 2001--IFS has signed a contract with AVESTOR L.P. of Boucherville, Quebec to provide IFS Applications business software and services.
    AVESTOR will implement IFS' component-based software to support the development and manufacturing of lithium-metal-polymer batteries.
    It will deploy IFS modules for supply chain management, manufacturing, engineering, financials, human resources, customer relationship management, document management, quality management, and portals for e-business.
