AOL Time Warner to Join in Sponsoring Toyota's F-1 Team

    NEW YORK--Dec. 17, 2001--AOL Time Warner announced today that it will join in sponsoring the Toyota Motor Corporation's F-1 racing team. The announcement took place at the official new car launch for Panasonic Toyota racing, held in Cologne, Germany.
    Toyota's new F-1 car, which made its world-premiere debut today, displays AOL Time Warner's corporate logo on both sides of the car's barge board; the logo will also be included in Toyota's F-1 promotional materials. The sponsorship will begin in the 2002 championship race season.
    Robert Pittman, Co-Chief Operating Officer, AOL Time Warner, said, "We are very pleased to sponsor Toyota's new F-1 race car.
