WHAT:                   Drunk driving statistics are up in California 
                        for the first time in nearly two decades. Auto
                        Club to discuss who's driving up the 
                        statistics, new DUI broadcast campaign and 
                        Tipsy Tow service. Secretary Contreras-Sweet 
                        of the Business, Transportation and Housing 
                        Agency to unveil new Caltrans sign program
                        marking locations of DUI crashes; CHP to 
                        discuss holiday DUI activities.
