Delphi Awards Automotive Subassembly Business to AMI DODUCO
PFORZHEIM, Germany--Dec. 13, 2001--The Mechatronic Systems Group of Delphi Automotive has awarded AMI DODUCO a contract to develop and produce electrical contact component subassemblies for a multi-purpose module that controls automotive flashers, turn signals and windshield wipers.Mounted on the steering column, the Delphi module will debut with a leading European automaker during the 2002 model year.
AMI DODUCO will supply component sub-assemblies consisting of precision-stamped electrical contact parts insert-molded into plastic frames.
