Laforza Automobiles Announces Capital Advisory Agreement; Agreement Signed Between Laforza Distributors Inc. and Entrenet2 Capital Advisors LLC

    ESCONDIDO, Calif.--Dec. 13, 2001--Laforza Automobiles Inc. (NQB pink sheets:LFZA) (OTCBB:LFZA) today announced an agreement between Laforza Distributors Inc. ("LDI") and Entrenet2(1) Capital Advisors LLC.
    As previously announced Laforza Distributors Inc. has purchased the worldwide distribution rights from Laforza Automobiles Inc. with a secured promissory note for $4,800,000. Laforza Distributors Inc. will work with Laforza to establish distributors and dealer networks throughout the world. Entrenet2 Capital Advisors LLC ("Entrenet2") has been engaged by Laforza Distributors Inc. to assist LDI to secure capital financing.
    Entrenet2 is a full service capital advisory firm providing assistance in securing targeted financings at optimum client valuations. Entrenet2's principals are seasoned former operating executives with automotive production and distribution experience as well as broader experience in the technology sector.
