Flexsteel Announces Quarterly Dividend

    DUBUQUE, Iowa--Dec. 11, 2001--Flexsteel Industries, Inc. announces its first quarter dividend of $ .13 per share payable January 2, 2002 to shareholders on record as of December 20, 2001. Flexsteel has paid cash dividends each year since 1938 on its common stock. This is the 240th consecutive cash dividend.
