Perceptant Lands Veteran Financial Technology Experts; New CEO and VP Launching Initial Real-Time Software Solution for Auto Lending

    AUSTIN, Texas--Dec. 10, 2001--Perceptant(tm), a provider of real-time business intelligence software to the financial services industry, announced today the appointments of Miles Grody and Jim Rourke to the positions of CEO and Vice President of Sales and Business Development, respectively.
    With a combined 40+ years of experience in the financial services and software industries, Grody and Rourke bring first-hand knowledge of the core business and information technology issues facing banking executives.

    Before joining Perceptant, Mr. Grody was the President and CEO of CMSI Systems Inc., the principal operating subsidiary of Credit Management Solutions Inc. (CMSI). At CMSI, Mr. Grody oversaw the development and delivery of mission critical credit decisioning software solutions for many of the nation's largest banks and finance companies.

Jim also spent 2 years with Perot Systems as Head of Banking and Insurance sales and General Manager of their Insurance division.
