Advantage Rent-A-Car Selects Broadwing for Data and IP Network

    CINCINNATI--Dec. 6, 2001--The integrated communications leader Broadwing Inc. , today announced an agreement to provide frame relay, dedicated IP and Advanced IP VPN services to Advantage Rent-A-Car, one of the largest privately owned rental car agencies in the U.S.
    Broadwing is supplying Advantage Rent-A-Car with a data network to connect their locations throughout the western United States, enabling agents to quickly determine the availability of cars for their customers. The network also provides Internet access, corporate communications and remote access for traveling employees.
