Sealant Solutions, Inc. Relocates to Larger Facility in Boca Raton

    BOCA RATON, Fla.--Nov. 30, 2001--Effective December 1, 2001 Sealant Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB:SSLU) will operate from new dedicated facilities located at 1140 Holland Drive, Boca Raton, FL 33487.
    As a result of the need for more space and the requirement for air-conditioned warehouse storage for its' cosmetic product inventory, Sealant Solutions is pleased to announce that it is relocating its operations to Boca Raton, FL. Previously the company had been located in Coral Springs, FL where it had been co-leasing space with another tenant.
    "We have worked very hard to get the company to this stage of growth where our own independent facility was necessary," stated Michael Fasci, Chairman and CEO. "The increased sales of our cosmetic products as well the administrative support necessary for our sealant business necessitated this move." Mr. Fasci also stated, "The company is on track with its business plan and we are pleased with the results of our efforts."
    The company is also pleased to announce the recent filing of its 10-Q report with the SEC for the 3rd quarter of 2001. The report reveals the increase in sales of its AP502 Roof Shield Product.
