Environmental Solutions Worldwide, Inc. Receives Sales Order In Excess Of $900,000

    MARKHAM, Ontario--Nov. 28, 2001--Environmental Solutions Worldwide, Inc. (ESW) (OTCBB:ESWW), a company that develops, manufactures, and sells environmental technologies, today announced that the Company has received a sales order from Eastern Tools & Equipment, Inc. of California in excess of $900,000.
    The order is for two utility engine tests and EPA/CARB certifications for these engines installed with ESW's Quiet Cat(TM) catalytic/mufflers.
    The bulk of the sales order is for the purchase of Quiet Cat(TM) diesel utility engine catalytic converter/muffler units, which ESW has specifically engineered and manufactured for Eastern's two diesel engine applications.
    Mr. Odner Chairman of ESW commented: "We are very pleased to receive this order from Eastern Tools & Equipment, Inc. The first delivery of the Quiet Cat(TM) units will commence in January 2002. We are also currently in negotiations with Eastern to provide additional certifications and catalysts for their other engine models."
