Modena Man Wins a Harley Instantly From the Lottery

    MIDDLETOWN, Pa.--Nov. 27, 2001--Azriel Ortiz, 29, of Chester County won a Harley-Davidson(R) Sportster(R) 1200 Custom(TM) motorcycle, in the Lottery's $2 HARLEY-DAVIDSON(R) USA instant ticket game.
    Mr. Ortiz will receive his motorcycle during a formal presentation to be held Wednesday, November 28, 2001, at 11 a.m., at Smaltz's Harley-Davidson, located on 12 Pottstown Pike, Eagle, Chester County. Owner William Smaltz will host the event.
    The Lottery's Director of Public Relations Sally Danyluk, the Lottery's Area I Manager Jerry Rickards, Area I Supervisor Joe Scarpignato and District Lottery Representative John Miraglia will present Mr. Ortiz his Lottery prize.
    Azriel is a regular Lottery player. Prior to winning the motorcycle, he won $5,000 in the BIG 4 game.
    His girlfriend, Nellie, recalls the day he won the bike. "I was just relaxing at home and he came running in to the house. I wondered what was wrong." She continues, "Azriel showed me the instant Lottery ticket and he asked me to check it for him. When I saw he had uncovered a motorcycle symbol ... I was so happy he had won a Harley!" Nellie exclaimed.
    Azriel enjoys motorcycle riding and Nellie plans to ride along with him on his new Harley. Mr. Ortiz is employed as a lumberjack.
