Environmental Solutions Worldwide Receives Order From Nissho Iwai

    MARKHAM, Ontario--Nov. 27, 2001--Environmental Solutions Worldwide, Inc. (ESW) (OTCBB:ESWW), a company that develops, manufactures, and sells environmental technologies, today announced that the Company received its first order for catalytic converters from Nissho Iwai Canada for the Mexican market.
    All certification testing for the Mexican Government has not been fully completed; however, Nissho Iwai has indicated that the initial test results have been very positive. Final testing results are expected to be complete by mid December. Nissho Iwai has placed an initial order to satisfy a distributor request as well as in an effort to prepare itself as to the most efficient system for future logistics of distribution of our catalytic converter products from North America to Mexico.
    Nissho Iwai has launched their new multi language website specifically designed to service its distribution network in Mexico and South America.
