Safari Associates' Motorsports ``soft wall'' Tested by NASCAR

AMSTERDAM, N.Y.--Nov. 27, 2001--Safari Associates, Inc., (OTCBB:SAFR) announced that its Molecuthane(TM) motorsports "soft wall", which the company successfully demonstrated on September 26th at the Indianapolis Speedrome, is now being tested by NASCAR.
On October 24th, NASCAR officials contacted Safari Associates and asked them to ship the Molecuthane "soft wall" to their new safety facility in North Carolina for extensive testing. The wall was delivered to NASCAR on October 30th. After NASCAR concludes its in-house tests, they plan to ship the "soft wall" to the University of Nebraska for further study. NASCAR has encouraged Safari to continue its own testing as well. NASCAR has agreed to supply Safari with all test data including its test procedures. NASCAR and Safari Associates are working together to study the use of Molecuthane for "soft walls" and applications on and inside the vehicles, wherever high-energy dampening is required for safety or comfort.
"Molecuthane represents an entirely new technology, on a par with carbon fiber. It is more than just a new material, it is new technology. It is the most energy absorbent material ever developed. Molecuthane's unique properties enable it to store, absorb and disperse energy laterally over a large area. It can be designed to meet almost any application where energy absorption and impact dampening are concerns. The applications are infinite," said Safari President Morton Berger.
Craig Walls, Director of Product Development for Safari Associates, said, "I am confident that our Molecuthane "soft wall" will be able to meet and exceed NASCAR'S criteria. The NASCAR test data will expedite the implementation of our "soft wall" in motorsports at race tracks and wherever driver safety is a prime concern."
