Collex Collision Experts Appoints Joseph E. Antonini, Former Chairman and CEO of Kmart Corp., to Board Chairman

    CLINTON TWP., Mich.--Nov. 8, 2001--Collex Collision Experts, has announced the appointment of Joseph E. Antonini to chairman of the board of directors. The company, a leading auto collision repair service with nine (9) locations around metro Detroit, and ranks as one of the top leading repair services nationally according to the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) conducted by industry analyst, Autochex.
    The former chairman and CEO of Kmart Corp., Antonini has vast knowledge in managed growth and multiple store operations. He will help Collex to continue to be recognized as a leader in the auto repair industry.
    Antonini sits on the boards of Shell Oil Corp., MSC Networks, Inc., Ziebart International and Andretti Wine Group, and is a former board member of Chrysler Corporation, NBD Bank, Michigan Bell and the Economic Club of Detroit. He was also chairman of the National Retail Federation and National Minority Supplier Development Council. Antonini is a recipient of the Horatio Alger Award and was the West Virginia University most distinguished alumnus in 1992.
