         benefits of combined heat and power (CHP)
         applications for businesses and teach participants
         the value of distributed generation (DG). Capstone
         Turbine Corporation's (www.microturbine.com)
MicroTurbine is already playing a role in CHP at 
         Atlantis Marine World.

WHY:     In an ongoing effort to promote environmentally friendly 
         energy sources, KeySpan Corporation funded the installation 
         of Long Island's first microturbine at Atlantis Marine World 
         earlier this year and is hosting this dinner event to share
         the benefits of the Capstone MicroTurbine and other DG 
         applications. Capstone Turbine has shipped more than 1,800 
         commercial production Capstone MicroTurbine systems to 
         customers worldwide. These award-winning, clean systems have 
         logged more than one million hours of operation serving, 
         among others, the following applications:

            -- Hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs): onboard generation
            -- Resource recovery: converting oilfield, landfill 
               and sewage waste gases into electricity
            -- Micro-cogeneration: combined heat/power/chilling/drying
               solutions
            -- The 9s market: power security, quality and reliability
