Digital Motorworks Ranked Among the Fastest Growing Technology Companies in Texas
AUSTIN, Texas--Nov. 6, 2001--Digital Motorworks (DMi) has been named to Deloitte & Touche's 2001 Texas Crescent Technology Fast 50 Program, a ranking of the 50 fastest growing technology companies in the state.Rankings are based on the percentage of revenue growth for the five-year period from 1996-2000. DMi's CEO, Keith Jezek, credits the company's 704% revenue growth to its automotive expertise and application service provider (ASP) business model.

Companies must have had operating revenues of at least $50,000 in 1996 and $1,000,000 in 2000 in order to quality for the Fast 50. In addition, they must be public or private companies headquartered in Texas and they must produce technology, manufacture a technology product, or devote a high percentage of effort to research and development of technology.
Winners of 22 regional Fast 50 programs in the United States and Canada are automatically entered in the Deloitte & Touche Technology Fast 500 program, which ranks North America's top 500 fastest growing technology companies.
