    CTS ClearONE(TM) networks feature ball grid array (BGA) packaging that address the demands for high frequency performance and easier board layout. The new CTS products can achieve bandwidth of greater than 1 GHz utilizing proprietary materials for termination, vias and solder ball attachment.
