ABRA Achieves Record-High CSI

    MINNEAPOLIS--Oct. 25, 2001--ABRA Auto Body & Glass, a Minneapolis-based damaged vehicle repair company, reports a record-setting CSI score of 99.3% in September. The surveys, which were conducted by independent marketing firm CSi Complete, recorded responses from 2,075 ABRA customers who received repairs throughout the month of September.
    According to Rollie Benjamin, President and CEO of ABRA, "We are pleased with the exceptional work our team members have provided to our customers. We continually strive for excellent customer service through on-going training, SOPs, and inspections. When we receive an outstanding 99.3% CSI score from our customers, we know that we're on target with our goal of being the best in our industry."
    The 99.3% CSI score was received in response to the question "Would You Recommend ABRA?". In September, the industry's average response to this question was 95.1%. Additional scores recorded by CSi Complete for ABRA were 99.1% for Customer Service, 98.0% for Paint, and 96.5% for Body Work. In addition, four of ABRA's six major markets received a perfect 100% CSI score in September.
    "ABRA's corporate goal for 2001 is to complete the year with a 97.0% CSI rating," stated Tim Adelmann, ABRA's COO.
