Dee Messina is discussing her upcoming concert tour Jerzees Presents Jo Dee 
Messina’s 2001 Tour and her latest album, Burn.

Messina has re-written the history books a time or two.  She set and then tied 
her own record for the longest run in the Top 30 – 35 weeks! And she became the 
1st woman in the history of Billboard’s Country Singles chart to have three 
consecutive multiple week #1’s hits: “Bye, Bye,” “I’m Alright” and
“Stand Beside Me.”

The hit single “Bring On The Rain” from Jo Dee Messina’s latest album Burn, is 
having great success as a crossover song being played on both the country and 
adult contemporary stations.  Messina on her album, Burn says, “Once you’ve been
burned, you never forget that.  It also comes with living and learning.  And I 
think my albums seem to reflect where I am in my life, because I need to relate 
to my songs on that level.”
