    HAWTHORNE, Calif.--Oct. 24, 2001--OSI Systems, Inc. said today that it will announce first quarter fiscal 2002 earnings on Thursday, Oct. 25, after the market close.
    Senior executives will discuss the quarter's results at 2:30 p.m. Pacific Time. This will be followed by a replay of the OSI Systems conference call from 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time on Oct. 25 until 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time on Oct. 26.
