Pro Glass Technologies Inc. Commences Trading on NASD OTC-BB

    LAS VEGAS--Oct. 22, 2001--Pro Glass Technologies Inc. commenced trading on the OTC-Bulletin Board on Sept. 4, 2001.
    Pro Glass Technologies Inc. is a Nevada corporation, with operating subsidiaries in Western Canada. The company has two existing auto-glass facilities and has expansion plans for Western Canada and in the United States, including the acquisition of a number of competing retail outlets in addition to opening new facilities in Edmonton and Calgary in fiscal 2002. In response to a request by a third-party intermediary, the company submitted a proposal to Canadian Tire for the purpose of exploring a potential joint venture opportunities on several Alberta Canadian Tire properties on a test basis.
