Saturn Chooses ATC

WESTMONT, Ill., Oct. 17 -- Aftermarket Technology Corp. , today announced that its CRS facility in Gastonia, North Carolina has been awarded its first contract with the Saturn Corporation. Under the terms of this exclusive multi-year agreement, CRS will remanufacture transmissions, valve body assemblies and pump assemblies. Production is expected to commence during the first quarter of next year. Mike DuBose, Chairman, President and CEO said, "The Saturn contract represents a strategic business win for ATC, adding a new world class customer to our Drivetrain segment." ATC is headquartered in Westmont, Illinois. The Company's operations include drivetrain remanufacturing, third party logistics and material recovery services. ATC also remanufactures instrument and display clusters and radios.
