Roadway Enters Into Agreement for the Sale of Arnold's Logistics Operations
AKRON, Ohio--Oct. 17, 2001--Roadway Corporation announced today that it entered into a definitive agreement with E. H. Arnold, Chief Executive Officer of Arnold Industries, Inc., and Arnold Logistics, Inc. for the sale of Arnold Industries' logistics operations to E. H. Arnold and Arnold Logistics, Inc. for $105 million in cash.
