European Financial Services Group Joins the Sealant Solutions' Team to Develop a Symbiotic Relationship with the Foreign Investment Community
CORAL SPRINGS, Fla.--Oct. 16, 2001--Sealant Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB:SSLU) announces the Company has engaged European Financial Services Group ("EFS") to assist with the foreign investment community.EFS began in 1987 to accommodate privately held companies in the venture of becoming public. Some of the clients EFS has assisted in the past include BIOGEN, WILDY, and CIT New York.
Prior to EFS, Mr. Anton Philipp, founder and president of EFS, organized limited partnerships for condominium conversions and co-ops establishing offices in 15 cities throughout Germany for Dresdner Bank of Stuttgart, Germany. Thereafter, Mr. Philipp developed a portfolio of European investors introducing various private investors to initial public offerings and performing seminars as a registered investment advisor. With his experience, Mr. Philipp opened EFS to coordinate and perform stock market investment seminars on various topics of investing in South America And Europe. Mr. Philipp will endorse our Company, attend trade shows, and introduce Sealant Solutions to the South American and European Community.
