Fitch Presale Report On Honda Auto Receivables 2001-3 Owner Trust

    NEW YORK--Oct. 9, 2001--Fitch issued a presale report today on Honda Auto Receivables 2001-3 Owner Trust discussing the rating analysis behind Fitch's expected 'AAA' ratings on the class A notes.
    The securities are backed by a pool of prime retail installment sales contracts secured by new and used automobiles and light duty trucks.
