Integrated Collision Management Appoints Jeffrey Johnson CEO

    REDONDO BEACH, Calif.--Oct. 1, 2001--Integrated Collision Management Inc. (a privately held software manufacturer) today announced the appointment of Jeffrey Johnson as chief executive officer.
    In his new role, Johnson will lead all of Integrated Collision Management Inc.'s business initiatives. Among his responsibilities are sales, support, product development, finance, and the daily operations of the business. He is based in the company's corporate office in Redondo Beach, and reports to the board of directors.
    In making the announcement, David Boden, chairman of the board, said: "Jeff brings us the leadership skills that will drive our success in the years ahead. He will align the investments we are making in technology with our customers' needs. His proven record in software delivery and sales management will enable Integrated Collision Management Inc. to achieve our aggressive growth goals."
    Johnson has more than 10 years of service delivery and management experience in building customer applications. Prior to joining Integrated Collision Management Inc., he served as Insurance Industry Director for Adjoined Consulting in Los Angeles.
    Johnson's service delivery and management experience includes leadership positions at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and Citibank. He received an Industrial and Systems Engineer degree and an MBA in Finance from the University of Florida. He and his wife Jeanne have two young children and have been active in church and community affairs.
    Integrated Collision Management Inc. is a software manufacturer that was founded in 1996. Its main product, AutoMate enables the body shop management process to be streamlined and shop managers to focus on their core competency.
