Pace Car Reunion Media Crendentials

Approximately 250 people are pre-registered for the upcoming Pace Car
Reunion scheduled for Oct 10th - 14th at the NCM.  Owners of the highly
valued 1978, 1986, 1995 and 1998 Indy Pace Corvettes will be in attendance,
as well as the 1990 Parade Corvettes, and a multitude of others. Highlights
of the weekend-long event will also include a caravan from the Indianapolis
Motor Speedway to Bowling Green on Friday, October 12th.   

Event participants will begin gathering on Wednesday October 10th at the
Brickyard Inn. On Thursday, participants will take a memorable parade lap on
the Indy track, tour the Indy Hall of Fame Museum, take group photos and
enjoy an afternoon luncheon.

Friday morning, event participants will be staged for the exciting caravan
to Bowling Green, and will arrive at the GM Corvette Assembly Plant around
noon for a guided tour.  Hospitality BBQ, commemorative brick placement,
celebrity choice car show and informative seminars are also in store during
the remainder of the weekend festivities.   An event banquet and awards
program will be held in the Museum's Skydome Saturday evening.
