Myers Industries Declares Quarterly Dividend

    AKRON, Ohio--Sept. 25, 2001--The Board of Directors of Myers Industries, Inc. today declared a regular $.06 per share dividend payable January 2, 2002, to shareholders of record as of December 7, 2001.
